Even though the day we went wasn't particularly busy, the extra we paid for front of line passes group of 8 was the best money we spent in LA. They really helped to cram as much as possible into the day when you are on limited time and only have one day. We were disappointed that we couldn't get the same type of passes at Disneyland.

Will Call window was conveniently located and process of collecting tickets was speedy and efficient. And what a great time we had skipping merrily to the front of the line and experiencing rides a few times, in the time it took many to experience just once. Great buy!

Highly recommended if you are going there during school holidays or high seasons.

The Skip the Line passes made our stay at Universal Studios so much easier. I highly recommend them when you only have one day and you are trying to cram as much into it as possible. My only comment is that it was a shame we had to arrange independent transport to and from. It would have been great if Viator could have handled that as well.

Although we went on a day that wasn't so busy which meant the lines weren't too long, it was a great pass to have to skip the lines that were there. The pass also got us a backstage ticket to the animal show, where we got to get up close and personal with some of the stars of the show.

Front of Line pass was definitely worth it. We were only in LA for 2 days, so were short on time. The front of line passes saved us at least a couple of hours of waiting in lines and we were treated like royalty. Be prepared to cop plenty of evil stares when you stroll past all the people waiting though!

As they say, "It does what it says on the bottle". We avoided waiting in lines. Excellent idea.

I had been there on 7th September, Labor Day. This pass was worth every penny with the huge crowd around the park the entire day. With my aged parents along, we were able to cover everything in a very relaxed way. At the end of the day, all we could feel was joy with cherished fun-filled memories and not being exhausted after the long day we had. It is a fun place to be and I will be there again sometime. With the pass from Viator of course!

Spent the whole day at Universal Studios and found the front of the line pass very convenient as lines for rides and shows were quite long. We doubled up on most rides and skipped the long lines on all occasions. Would highly recommend this pass as it did get very crowded into the afternoon.

I definitely recommend paying that little bit extra to get Front of Line passes. Considering The Simpsons Ride on the day we went had a 2 hour waiting time in line, we were able to feel like celebrities going straight to the special starred line up, and wait a grand total of 5-10 minutes to get on this ride! This means you could go on it time and time again whilst everyone else is still waiting for their first time on the ride!
