Would have been nice if on the printout at time of booking it told us to present to customer service first and not just cue up. I thought they were normal redeemable tickets and so just cued up with everyone else to then be told wrong cue. Apart from that no problems..
getting tickets was no hassle and entrance no problem. we loved our day out at universal

Tram tour is a great look at what goes on behind the scenes of Hollywood, Waterworld is a classic must-do and food and drink choices are plentiful throughout the park. Great view of surrounding suburbs and WB Studios.

Brilliant day, flew over from vegas which only took 1 hour and a quick cab ride from the airport, would highly recommend great for all ages.
