Easy to use and made it efficient to get tickets rather than waiting in line.

All in all a great day out. The studio tour was very good and a lot of fun, even if a little cheesy in places. I would recommend doing the tour first before the line gets too long.

An enjoyable day was had by all. Sunny weather and we were lucky not to have to queue too long for the rides and attractions. The theme park is definitely in need of an upgrade as some attractions are dated. The studio tour was disappointing as we expecting to see much more.

The Shrek and Terminator 2 shows were fun and it wasn't a long wait on the Saturday of the Easter long weekend. Really enjoyed the Universal Studios tour as well -- the hours went by really fast -- we were hoping to go a 2nd day to check out the Waterworld show but didn't have the time, unfortunately.

Well the fire may have see the end of a King Kong that already needed a face lift, but although this was my 8 trip at least to Universal, I saw many things I had not previously seen on the back lot tour. Great as always except the food is over priced and the search your bags to confiscate food or drink YOU may bring in from outside - not very pleasant and always sours my first images of Universal.

It is definitely worth doing. My wife & I fully enjoyed our day there, even though we bought 2 day tickets. I think 1 and half day will be enough to complete all the rides and see all the shows. The main thing is to consider the time when you should visit. It is best to go near the end of holiday season and during school term. When we were there, it was quiet and we didn't have to wait for long on any of the ride and shows, therefore no need to get the VIP tickets. We went near the end of October and luckily the weather was great, sunny & warm. We had a great time!!!!!

Too bad a credit card is not sufficient, because if you are traveling or camping you normally don't have access to a printer to print the voucher. In the end, it turned out alright. The experience itself is amazing!

Tremendous fun - not too large and overwhelming. A must do for a complete L.A. Hollywood experience. Although the back lot tour and some of the individual attractions were a tad disappointing.

Great experience, however, we would have liked to have more chances to take pictures together with the movie characters.

The tour of the studios was very good. There were no queues for the attractions - October is the ideal time to visit.

After lining up for ages, when I got to the front the girl said she could not process the two days for the price of one ticket. She had to get the manager and then he said because I had been waiting so long in the queue he would give me tickets for the next day but I would have to pick them up later. I was not happy at all!

We expected more attractions and we definitely did not like that half of them were scheduled.

There was no advantage to buying the ticket without having transport organized. This was our mistake not a Viator problem.
