Driver met us at the airport and had everything ready. Also he spoke English very well and gave us the instruction for our return trip.

The van was very clean and had working seat belts, which we appreciate especially for the children. The drivers were courteous and helpful and the pick-ups were on time. Our one concern is the requirement to re-confirm, especially after we were in Mexico. This is rather inconvenient.
