ALWAYS ON TIME!!!!!!! I had a flight out of Cabo at 750am...my driver was at my hotel exactly on time at 525am, they are very courteous and professional, I will definitely be using them again when I return to CABO...Thanks GRAYLINE!

The Grayline shuttle was great. Put your papers away when you finish with customs. There was a gauntlet of people inside the terminal saying they were with grayline--they were not! Get outside as quickly as possible--Grayline reps have on uniforms.

we used viator for round trip service from Los Cabos airport to our hotel in Los Cabos on January 1, 2013, returning January 6. the service was very good, the driver was very professional, the van as seen in the pictures was newer, clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable.

I am so glad that we set up our transfer ahead of time. When we got to airport there were so many time share people they lie to you saying we are the ones to pick you up. We were told what our driver would be wearing so we could tell who was and was not our pick company.They were on time nice and could speak english. They were great

This was a perfect experience. We own a home in Cabo and usually take a taxi to get to and from the airport. The price continues to increase and the cars are getting smaller (you do not always get a van). Great service, great people. Will use them every time.

This shuttle transfer was the way to go! They were easy to find at the airport. The vans were very clean and in good/new condition. Air-conditioned.The driver was very accommodating, friendly and professional. On-time return pick up from my hotel.

Driver, with the van, was on time for both of our pickups. He was polite, helpful and drove well in traffic. The van was clean and had plenty of room for all our bags. He did make several stops on the way at other resorts dropping off or picking up passengers. We were at the end of the line and it added only 10 or 15 minutes to the driving time to and from our resort. I would certainly use them next time. Thank you Viator.

We had a bit of a wait when we arrived, but our driver was extremely courteous. The pick up was pre-scheduled and was a very smooth ride back to the airport! Great service!
