What You Can Expect
As you make your way to Chileno Bay, pass by Lover’s Beach, home to a large colony of sea lions. Then, see the famous Cabo Arch and other rock formations at Land’s End, the southernmost tip of the Baja California peninsula.
Once you reach the snorkel spot, you’ll get a brief overview and safety instruction from your guides, and then you’ll be ready for the water! Get an up-close look at various tropical fish and coral formations while snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters of the Pacific Ocean.
After you're done in the water, it's fiesta time! Enjoy music, an open bar and lunch aboard the catamaran as you sail back to Cabo San Lucas.
The crew were fun and very accomodating. There was a pod of hump back whales in the area and they made a point of getting close and allowing us the opportunity to watch them for a few minutes.
The cruise was excellent, just as we had hoped. My wife and I, our 3 kids (ages 24, 15, and 11), and my wife's parents (ages 67 and 70), all had a great time. The weather wasn't overly warm but we grabbed chairs on the front deck of the catamaran and enjoyed the trip to the snorkeling area and back. The snorkeling was good and the 1 hour and 20 minutes at the snorkeling stop left enough time to swim up to the beach and just hang out as a family. We also took advantage of the open bar, a selling point for our group. The cruise was a BIG success for our family!
