This is quite an expensive tour but the full of value the train tickets account for a large proportion of the cost. It was very well organized and an absolute highlight of our trip. Our only complaint is that the directions to the meeting point in Lucerne were quite muddled.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful can not speak highly enough of this trip, the guide we had on this day was just awesome. Sorry cannot remember her name, she was great she related to all age groups and made sure everyone was included and her knowledge was endless. We have two teenage sons and they thoroughly enjoyed as well. Only one down point the bus driver was in a real hurry to get home and I thought was quite rude tooting to our guide to hurry up when she had done a wonderful job all day. Definitely would recommend.

Probably the best tour we did - fantastic scenery and best tour guide ever. Everything was just so interesting, from the train trip to the ice palace to the incredible lookout over the glacier. It was a 10 out of 10.

My husband and I thought this trip was spectacular. Our guide made sure we stayed together and did not miss a thing. He also took great pictures of us and pictures of everyone in our group. He knew every twist and turn so that we would not miss a beat. We were very fortunate to travel during a snow storm which made this trip even more fantastic. It was worth every cent and the bus driver was also fantastic.

This was a magnificent trip and probably the best we did within the Switzerland region and we did quite a few. The guide that took us for the day was wonderful. He took the time to take photos of each of us on the day and went out of his was to make it a memorable one for us. He was entertaining and informative. I would recommend any one going to ask for him as he was pretty professional and special. I would ask that Viator pass on my review on to their management as tour guides do not come along like this too often.

The tour guide was friendly and humourous. The mountain is absolutely amazing! It was such a significant view. Definitely worth the money going up! I would recommend it.

Tour was amazing, got off to a rough start as the bus picked me up late, but the rest of the day was fantastic, largely in part due to the tour leader. Without him the day would have still been spectacular due to the scenery, but he really added something special to it.

Out of this world! Super beautiful scenery and an absolutely fabulous guide, who recommended when to start preparing our cameras for snapping stunning pictures. Our guide was protective of us, entertaining and informative, and his familiarity with the Jungfrau people worked to our advantage!
