Thrill seekers can choose to ride Switzerland's longest toboggan run (4500 feet or 1.4km) before boarding the aerial cable car to Mt. Pilatus. Available year round, embark on a scenic boat ride across the Lake of the Four Cantons before concluding your tour with a return to Lucerne.This tour operates between April and October however If you are traveling in late October, the aerial cable car could be canceled due to poor or unsafe weather conditions. If this is the case, you will travel up and down Mt. Pilatus by cogwheel train. If traveling when boat is no longer in operation (approximately October 19), you will return to Lucerne by train.

Should a trip be canceled after it has commenced passengers will either be re-routed to an alternative mountain or offered a Lucerne city tour and appropriate compensation
