All pickups went according to plan and we loved the mountain. It was snowing heavily and very cold, but that is what we came to see.

This was a great tour. Unfortunately there was a whiteout at the top, but the journey up and down was extremely scenic!

Our tour guide was absolutely the best. He was very knowledgeable about his country, Switzerland, which helped us enjoy the experience even more. The views from the top were phenomenal! We had a great time and would recommend to anyone.

The tour left on time and our tour guide was very helpful and took good care of us. It was an awesome day with a clear sky which greatly contributed to our enjoyment. We were picked up and dropped off near the train station and our guide offered to walk us back to the station.

The only problem was the pick up and drop off. We waited and were told and nobody came. Then the drop off was nowhere near the pick up point, though we did enjoy the walk through Lucerne because of it.

A fun experience and well-organised trip. Unfortunately we missed out on the view due to the weather. There was however no sign of the jackets that we requested for loan. On reconfirmation we ended up having our own just in case following previous reviews.

This is a good trip starting out in a comfortable coach. Great views on the way to Engelberg, where you then ascend up into the hills in tiny four-man cable cars. After a short journey in these, you switch to a large cable car, unfortunately for us, we were jammed in with about sixty other tourists, and it was a little claustrophobic. You transfer after this cable car to yet another, this time the revolving one, which can be a little disorientating, and again, a tight squeeze. The view was okay, but it was an overcast, cloudy day. Ideally, you'd want to go on this trip on a clear, sunny day. The top of Mount Titlis makes the journey worthwhile. We messed around out in the snow, went on the ice flier, which was brilliant; an absolute must if you go on this trip. Then we did the tubing down the snow slide, which was also pretty cool. We had a nice, cheap, hot meal up at the top too, before descending the same way we came up. All in all, it was a good way to spend an afternoon, but best advice would be to go on a sunny day!

Amazing for someone who hasn't experienced that view ever before! Very beautiful! My only disappointments were that we did not have enough time up on the mountain, and our tour guide seemed inexperienced.

We were actually there only for one hour, which is too short. I think we would all have enjoyed it better if there were at least two hours on the mountain top.

It looked good on paper but the tour itself was badly organized. There wasn't enough seats on the bus for all the people and one man had to stand part of the way. Then the jackets that were promised to us weren't provided. The reason given was that they forgot. This was in spite of us ringing them a day earlier to confirm our tour and to give the jacket size as stated in the voucher. When a few of the tourists protested, the guide simply said that it would be nice to experience the cold. It's 5 degrees out there! Then at the top of Titlis, the guide almost forgot to give us the tickets for the Ice Flyer ride. We had to remind him. We were given only 1 hour at Titlis because our bus went around dropping other people off. On the way back, our bus forgot to drop us off at Lucerne where we were staying and almost drove off to Zurich. Thankfully, we stopped the bus and got off in time. I'd say, book this tour at your own risk.
