Great tour. Our guide Hugo was excellent. Guides in different places were mostly good, the guide at the Alhambra was very entertaining. The hotels were also good but the dinners were not. Would be better to exclude the dinners.

The tour was an excellent value and gave us a great opportunity to see a part of Spain that I've always wanted to see. When I purchased the tour it said it would be a 'small group' but the group was about 30 and we rode on a full size bus. While there were no facilities on the bus, stops were frequent. We stayed at the 3Star hotels which were quite close to the old sections of the cities. The hotel in Seville was acceptable, the one in Granada was very nice. The food was good in both. I was glad I had brought a tour book with me because the tour guide did not provide any information on how to get around or what to see and do in the cities. We only took one of the optional tours which seemed quite expensive. The local guides were quite good and very knowledgable about their cities. The tour guide was okay but, as I said, not particularly helpful to those of us who wanted to tour on our own rather than taking one of the optional tours. When I purchased the tour, there was supposed to be a lunch in Toledo. This was not provided. I would have liked more time in Toledo, especially to shop. It had the best shopping of any of the cities we visited and we had no time other than the guided tour there. Overall, it was a reasonably priced, hassle free way to see this part of Spain.

Very good Guide....friendly and patient in answering any questioned asked. However the four star hotel room and dinner in Seville was NO at all up to the mark. Also the documentation about having lunch in Toledo was not given. This was pretty disappointing too..!!

We stayed in 4 star hotels, but it wasn't 4 stars by US standard. Food wasn't good at all. I don't even imaging what it was for 3 stars. Bus didn't have restrooms, but we stoped every 2 hours. Tour was very good, highly recommend it !!!

The trip was great overall. The guide and driver were helpful and friendly. All the tour guides were very knowledgable. Only complaint was the 4 star hotel in Granada. It was y nice hotel but far from the center of the city and the food was awful. The 3 star option was in the center of town but others on our tour did not care for the 3 star hotels food. The best part of the tour was having all the tours arranged in advance and not having to wait on lines in the heat.

Overall the tour was great, we did all of the optional tours which were mostly great, except for the ones in Cordoba. We did the 4 star hotels, and both were satisfactory, however the included meals were not that great. Besides that, everything else was wonderful!

Good value, except that the website would not let me book tickets for 2 seniors. It would only accept an order for 1 adult + 1 senior ticket.

Overall I had a fantastic time on the tour. The places visited were amazing, and I was in awe the entire time. People on the tour were lovely and I was really happy to have met such wonderful people. The local guides were great and I loved each part of the tour. The negatives would be the organised tour guide Christina, despite being knowledgable and giving a lot of information on the bus, otherwise she would be quite surly and disconnected from the group. There was a lot of free time, so it was almost forced to take the 'optional' tours, which could add up to be quite costly. The hotels were a fair bit out of the centre of town, so not really convenient to explore on your own. I would definitely recommend the tour. However be prepared for additional costs!

Good trip overall. Covers the main places in each city where you can walk through the alleys and feel the life that went by over time. However, the tour guide speaks in 3 languages (Spanish, English and French) with English the least explanations due to inefficiency. I do appreciate their attempt to explain as well as possible in English, but one can almost immediately identify that the tour guide is struggling to give a thorough explanation in English compared to the other 2 languages. Please improve on that. Another thing was that there many Optional Tours within this tour which we were not aware of and we ended up missing quite a number of there Optional Tour because it was not cheap and opting for all the Optional Tour means going off the planned budgeting. Please do specify that there are such Optional Tours included in the main Tour packages so that we can be prepared before hand and enjoy the most of the trip. The local tour guides are very friendly and helpful. The main Tour guide Christina was a very pleasant person and of course, even the bus drives Jose Luise was such a smiling face and patient person. Two thumbs up to them. However, I wished more time could be allocated at Toledo for a little road side shopping and not only focusing on warehouse shopping. Thank you.

The tour is good but was a bit rushed tough. Many of our members we left behind by the local guide at Cordoba and were seperated. One of us had to phone him. Overall we like this tour as it provides good information on the history

The tour was good, great sightseeing, only issue was there were 4 optional tours that were not mentioned on the website until the tour started, which cost around 125 Euro in total. These are a city tour of Seville, city tour of Granada and two dance performances. If you choose not to take the optionals, you have free time, but hotels may not be near the city center. Also, dinners at the hotel in Seville aren't that great, suggest to have dinner on your own outside instead!
