We totally enjoyed the guided tours to Madrid, Toledo, Cordova, Seville and Granada.
The tour staff and the guides were very cooperative, on time and helpful in every way
they can. The only draw back was the dinner served at the Tourist class hotel in Seville
was not to our expectation.
Very well organised. Interesting visits. Hotels could have been better.
We booked this tour at the last minute, two days before the start day, after we got into Madrid. We were worried that it would not get confirmed in time but it went through smoothly. We enjoyed the tours in all the cities. We had an escort with us throughout the tour and local guide in each city. We would recommend Viator and would look into booking with them in the future again.
Everything was excellent, specially with our Tour Director Cristina Barba and your local guides in Cordoba, Sevilla and Granada. They were organized, punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. They always had a good sense of humor!
I can not say the same regarding the Melia Hotels, both in Sevilla and Granada, where the Reception and check in were not efficient. The food was very poor quality in the first and the second did not have enough room to accommodate the multiple tours at meals time. They produced a bad impression, particularly in a first class tour as the one that we took.
Beautiful trip, wonderful co travelers , well executed, professionally done..
overall the tour is good, but i didn't really like being rushed in cordoba. we weren't informed that if we were accidently separated from the group about the meeting point and what time to get back to the bus. we were actually lost inside mezqita, and just hoped that we could just meet the rest of the group just in time. we actually could spend more time in cordoba if not for the optional flamenco show in seville that night. my room in granada is little bit spooky because of the baby angel painting :(
above all, i think this tour had cover the best of Andalucia, and i really like the part of meeting all the new and nice people from all over the world. they really helped in making this tour more enjoyable. our tour coordinator hugo is better than the other
Excellent area to visit, a little rushed in places, particularly the first day in Seville if you choose the take the optional Famenco night, which was very worthwhile. The tour leader was excellent and very helpful. Accomodation was good and bus very comfortable. Would recommend if you want to see a lot of places in a short time.
I think the 4 day tour was a great value. The hotels did not seem to be 4 star by American standards, more like three. The tour allows you to see many sights. I would not recommend the additional tours; with a little homework, you can see everything you want without the constraints of a group. The breakfasts in the hotel are good; the dinner was a little lacking. We like to eat more locally, so it would be great for Viator to spend a little more on the hotel room and have dinner be up to the customer. It is hard to keep a group of varied people together and I give Christina a lot of credit. Also Felix was an excellent bus driver.
This was a wonderful trip! I was very pleased with all aspects of the cities which we visited! The guides were all informative (for the exception of our afternoon guide in Granada who was not very kind nor patient). also, while we were at the Plaza Bib-Rambla, A young boy kicked a ball and hit me straight at my face. She asked me if I was ok, but did not do much more than that! Over all, it was a very nice trip and I would recommend it to my friends.
This tour was fabulous. The tour director, Christine, was very professional and the driver was courteous and polite. Christine kept the group, which was large, on target for all our activities. The planned activities met all my expectations. I would have enjoyed more time in Seville and Granada, such beautiful cities. The coach was very comfortable and planned stops were spot on. I was a bit disappointed with Hotel Catalano, size of room, quality of bed was poor and food was not good. The hotel Los Angeles was lovely and in a nice location close to town. I would recommend this tour.
My wife and I enjoyed the tours very much especially tour on Cordoba and Alhambra. Very interesting.
the trip was well planned and executed by the team. the tour guide was well versed with the history of the place and was patient with questions ranging from the type of solar power plant, their capacity, ancient history of the place, names of flora and fauna. if travelling to Andalucia than the trip is certainy recommended.
