Excellent travel experience. Four star hotels were first rate. Our tour guide was awesome. He was very professional and on top of things. He was organized and scheduled events well. It was one of the best tours I have taken in travel through Europe.
What can I say - Cordoba, Seville and Granada are simply amazing cities. Some of the finest architecture in Europe, I would argue. Plus the food, nightlife and overall atmosphere of these cities is simply amazing. This is a great trip.
We absolutely loved this tour. The coach was extremely comfortable, the guides, both our chief guide and local guide, were wonderful. They were so knowledgeable and passionate about their tours. The hotels were very well run and extremely clean. We didn't even have to put in for a wakeup call in the mornings; our guide made sure we would be up and about in time to catch the bus. There was ample time for a leisurely breakfast and just the right amount of free time in each of the cities. For the more ambitious traveler there are plenty of extra tours available. The food was great. We would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to feel the beauty, the history, and the glory of Spain.

My tour to Cordoba, Seville, Granada, and Toledo actually made my trip to Spain worthwhile. I had gone to Madrid for a conference and was bored. But this tour made my trip absolutely perfect!
A friend and I recently visited Lisbon and Spain, and we decided to take a tour in the middle of our trip to avoid the hassles of driving and arranging transportation and tickets to some of the sights. This tour was absolutely wonderful. We had a great guide, perfect accommodations, and just the right amount of time to see each of the sights. We would highly recommend this tour and will use Viator in the future for other excursions.
Our main guide was phenomenal. The other city guides were fantastic. The sites were exactly the ones I wanted to see. Hotels were great. Even the meals were surprisingly good. The extra side tours were worth it. Even the bus driver was great. My only suggestion was that I would forgo the lunch in Granada on the last day and just head back to Madrid. It made it too long of a day and wasn't necessary. Other than that splendid trip! Well worth it.
This was a wonderful tour. Everything we wanted and more. This is the time of year to travel - bus not very full, wonderful companions, great guide/escort, four star hotels great - food great, loved learning about the history of Spain. Would go again.
When I booked the tour, the language to be used was said to be English. However, it came up that I was the only one in the group who don't know Spanish (some don't know English). Therefore, more than 70% of the info. delivered was in Spanish, which, I think is unfair.
We totally enjoyed the guided tours to Madrid, Toledo, Cordova, Seville and Granada.
The tour staff and the guides were very cooperative, on time and helpful in every way
they can. The only draw back was the dinner served at the Tourist class hotel in Seville
was not to our expectation.
Our friends kept on urging us to do the tour itinerary on our own but for me, taking this tour is value for money and is very convenient. My husband and I are thankful for the 4 visually stunning and information packed days we had with Christina and Team. Julia Travel was very professional and efficient. From the moment we departed from, to the time we arrive in Plaza Espana . Julia travel was very organized, prompt and considerate. I was surprised at first to see that we were a total of 60 pax in our tour but throughout the 4days we shared, we never felt the drag or hassle because the guides would attend to 2 groups depending on language and move us around in a concerted manner. As for the local guides, most of them were very good except for the one who handled the Granada City Tour. He was very informative but we could not understand his English... I think he was slurring his words.
Rooms for improvement in the tour would be the following:
1) A better 3 star hotel in Sevilla with better breakfast and dinner options
2) My husband at the first day wanted to transfer to the 4 star hotel instead but Christina said it was not possible anymore. We were disappointed with that because I would think arrangements (even at the last min) could have been made. Like switching colors of our bag tags, coordinating with partner hotels would have been possible. And anyway, the premium would have been to the agency's benefit.
3) There should be a toilet in the bus in case of emergency
4) The stop between Granada to Toledo was a nice place but there were very limited lunch options there.
Very well organised. Interesting visits. Hotels could have been better.
We booked this tour at the last minute, two days before the start day, after we got into Madrid. We were worried that it would not get confirmed in time but it went through smoothly. We enjoyed the tours in all the cities. We had an escort with us throughout the tour and local guide in each city. We would recommend Viator and would look into booking with them in the future again.
Everything was excellent, specially with our Tour Director Cristina Barba and your local guides in Cordoba, Sevilla and Granada. They were organized, punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. They always had a good sense of humor!
I can not say the same regarding the Melia Hotels, both in Sevilla and Granada, where the Reception and check in were not efficient. The food was very poor quality in the first and the second did not have enough room to accommodate the multiple tours at meals time. They produced a bad impression, particularly in a first class tour as the one that we took.
