Everyone must experience this at least once in their life!! So revitalizing!
Awesome place, would definitely go again. We visited our last night and it was the perfect end to a wonderful trip!
These baths are amazing. Its best if you go at the end of your holiday for ultimate relaxation
This was great - especially after a long train ride from San Sebastion. Very relaxing and invigorating and the massage and exfoliating scrub was really good. Would recommend.
What a great way to relax at the end of a wonderful vacation! Saunas, three different temperature baths to soak in, a wonderful massage after soaking...I highly recommend it!
This was excellent relaxation therapy. The pools are first class as is the vibe. I would do this again without doubt. The 1/2 hour treatment of body scrub and massage is well worth it.
After a long flight to Madrid this is what your body needs. The staff made us feel comfortable and I definitely recommend the extended massage time.
Perfect way to finish my holidays! I got the option with massage, which I took at the end of the spa circuit, and it was great. Loved the smell and feeling of the massage oil.
Great experience! The baths were very relaxing, perfect after a tiring day of tourism!
I was very impressed with the fact that even though I spoke no Spanish, I was able to have wonderful and relaxing time. I just wish I could have ordered longer services. A great end to a hectic week of work and tours.
It was just as described, but they do not make it clear that you should bring a bathing suit, if possible. We looked all over the information but it was not mentioned. Once we got there, they do supply you with a rental bathing suit free, so it was not a huge deal, but lots of folks would rather wear their own rather than a used suit. The massage was not so much a therapeutic deep tissue massage, more of a relaxing gentle massage. It was a relaxing environment and my daughter enjoyed it very much also.
Absolutely loved the massage and the scrub but it was too loud in the baths themselves and although staff asked everyone to be quiet before going in, they didn't do anything about the noise when they went by
Awesome experience! I really didn't know what to expect, but I had a great time. Two recommendations: 1. The massage really wasn't a massage and should be. It was more of a "rub." I would have enjoyed a more thorough massage as expected. 2. I would have liked to stay there for an additional hour instead of just the two. Otherwise, overall a very fun and relaxing experience with my husband and son on the last day of our Madrid visit.
All areas really clean, the pools lovely and clear and well the massage was to die for.
My only critism would be that (yes I know I was in Spain) but all other guests got their instructions verbally, we had to read ours from a very badly printed card. Nevertheless would highly recommend a visit and massage. Mary and Steve , Essex
A nice treat to ourselves after all the walking. If you have not tried it before, be prepared to dip in ice cold water to really experience it. If you have forgotten your swimsuit, they have some for rental. Great massage experience.
Very relaxing experience with the massage and the baths. Highly recommended.
Our visit to the Hammam Al Andalus was so relaxing. Thoroughly recommend it. We had the 15 minute massage but both agreed we wished we'd upgraded and got an exfoliating treatment also. Would recommend people taking their own towel and toiletries for afters as by the time you have your massage etc. the towel provided was pretty wet and there wasn't conditioner or combs etc. for brushing hair but there were hairdryers.
I arrived on time and showed my e-voucher but was not good enought for them I had to go and print it from another PC shop near by. The experience was ok and nice for a change.
