I chose the gastronomic menu. It wasn't what I expected, but the meal was delicious. It is a very active tour and you have to walk a lot, and I would not recommended for patients that suffer from the knees or back pain. It is very fast paced. The tour guide was excellent, she was very knowledgeable.

Well managed trip to interesting destinations. It would be impossible for us to visit two locations in one day without this tour.

Avila and Segovia were great. The tour leader was very enthusiastic and well informed. She kept everyone in the loop for the whole tour. For the time spent, it was well worth it. Would have been difficult to do on my own in one day.

This is a must see tour from Madrid. The tour is very well planned, and our guide was very good and spoke good English. The lunch option is well worth it and is advised for every traveller. Moreover the restaurant accommodated our request for lunch without beef or pork without prior notice. The history of the aqueduct at Segovia could have been better explained in view of the fact that it was one of the oldest sites in Spain. The travel was well organised, and the bus ride was quite comfortable.

This was a great experience. The tour guide was amazing. She relayed information in three languages. The churches, streets and walls of Avila are wonderful. The Roman aqueduct in Segovia is breathtaking. The monastery and the castle are also wonderful. I would highly recommend this tour. A nice touch that meant a lot to me - the restaurant in Segovia catered to my vegetarian needs.

Our guide made the tour great. I think this tour consisted of far too many churches, but we visited some absolutely beautiful medieval towns. The highlight was Segovia which we visited in the afternoon. On the drive there you see a wind farm atop a mountain ridge. This is not really pointed out by the tour guide, but it's quite breathtaking to see over a hundred giant wind turbines spinning in unison for over a mile stretch. The ancient Roman aqueduct and the Alcazar castle were both amazing. The tour stops on the way to Alcazar to let you get an amazing view of the walled city of Segovia. I find the Viator tours to have the best prices, and I recommend always going for the best prices when touring in Europe as the tours are almost always operated by the same company regardless of who you book through, so there's no difference in quality.

We did 4 tours with Viator and this was by far the best one. So much to see and the right amount of time to do it in.

The Avila and Segovia tour was great. The scenery to Avila was wonderful, and the city itself is very interesting, especially the old city wall, the vistas, and the Basilica, but Segovia was incredible. The aqueduct is impressive, and Segovia itself, with the winding old streets and plaza were like stepping back in time... but the Cathedral and Alcazar were just stunning, on a par with Westminster and Neuschwanstein. Plus the views of the Templar church and countryside were just incredible. The food option was a bit pricey but fair for what you would have gotten elsewhere, the food was well prepared and tasty and the service was excellent. They got us back to sightseeing in a timely manner. And finally, the very good guide made it a wonderful day.

Tours were great. Excellent tour guides at each location. Lunch was nothing special, however it was fun eating & talking with other tourists. The restaurant in Segovia did a good job serving a large number of people and did so in a very timely manner. We had sufficient time in each town to see and do what we wanted to accomplish.
