It was amazing!
great stores and bargains. transport was quick and clean and guide was very helpful
Lots of fun.
Trip itself was great. Bus was on time both ways and had air conditioning. The tour guide was pleasant. My only caution is to check the departure times from the point of contact travel agency as they didn't match the voucher. Not a problem for us but others were complaining on ride back because they had to wait 2 hours and lost shopping time. The shops were nice with plenty of small sizes. If you are a size 10 or larger make sure to ask salesman as it's probably in the back.
The shopping was fun, the communication between the travel agency that runs the tour though could do with improvement, some basic courtesy would help for a start
Found starting point easily. Staff polite. Shopping village was great. Thorough enjoyed our five hours, which went quickly.
The outlet shopping experience was alright, a tad more expensive than outlet shopping in the US but overall it was pleasant. The bus makes it convenient for tourists like us.
Overall logistics and type of transportation of the tour was good. The outlet village had a good selection of shopping outlets but for folks traveling from USA this is a familiar concept in most big cities. We found most brands were available at comparable prices to the States. In one of two rare instances like Michel Kors, the price was significantly more competitive. We started the tour at 3pm but was able to get out of there by the 5pm bus. Tour guide and operator was respectful and could communicate in multiple languages.
