This was absolutely first class. A nice mercedes picked me up, and the driver was very informative on the way to the hotel, pointing out landmarks, etc. I would definitely use Viator again.

Transfer could be cheaper. Madrid is busy and traffic is chaotic.

If you need a ride early in the morning or late at night this is a great shuttle - if not, use the buses!

What a waste of time, if you arrive at terminal 4, do not bother to ring the company for a meeting point as you are on hold for about 10 minutes to find that you need to go to the company desk which is located in the terminal, then you wait for 20 minutes or more while they organise people and a driver. My recommendation - the metro has a station at the airport, if you know which station is near your hotel and you feel comfortable using the metro, go for it as it will less of a hassle than using the shared transfer option.
