Read what other Viator.com travelers think about the Madrid Airport Arrival Shuttle Transfer. What they loved, what they liked and what they think could be improved, it's all here to help you make the most of your next trip.
Finding the company took asking Airport Information. If you're arriving in Terminal 4, once you walk out of the baggage claim area and see the crowd welcoming people to Madrid, just walk past the crowd and turn right. Walk all the way down the hall, past the food place and past all of the people. Company office is all the way at the end of hall. Terminal is fairly new so no signs yet. Hopefully, they'll get that fixed.
Driver was very professional and just drove while we took pics from the van.
After finding where the Aerocity office is in Terminal 4, this became easy. Waited for less than 15 minutes. Driver came and was very professional. Trip to hotel was smooth.
Shuttle office was easy to find. Highly recommend for solo traveler who does not want to take a cab.
Very professional service from pickup to delivery at hotel.
Everything went as scheduled. Van clean, driver very courteous.
The service was excellent. They were on time and the driver drove very smoothly. He was able to bring me to the hotel.
The shuttle service desk was easy to find, and within 15 minutes we were in the shuttle. I really recommend it.
The aero city service was excellent and good to use vs a taxi. Also if your in a group I would say they would do an admirable job.
This is the most reliable and cheapest (other than the train which is unfamiliar to me). They took me right to my hotel and brought my bags in! Thank you. I will recommend you and use you again!
We were over 2 hours late coming out of arrivals, however, they were very accommodating and we had to wait 20 minutes for our driver to pick us. Prompt service, given our delay. Value for money.
