Driver was about 5 mins late but the service was good as ever.

Arrived at our hotel on time and no problems with the ride to the airport. Unfortunately, didn't drop us off at the correct airline terminal which we realized once inside the terminal and then had to walk. Not a big problem but we ended up at the end of a huge line of college students which may not have happened if he dropped us off at correct terminal to begin with.

Great but had to wait awhile since there was noone there at booth when I arrived When girl came bac , she had trouble locating the person that was supposed to drive myself and one other couple who were also there waiting.
