The departure pickup was ahead of time, and the driver was helpful and polite, but he did not speak English as promised. The price was almost three times as much as I paid for the airport-to-hotel transfer I got at Madrid airport.

The only positive thing about the airport departure transfer is that the car arrived to pick us up on time which allowed us to not worry about the availability of a taxi on a major holiday. The driver just sat in the car at the curb and we had to haul our luggage from the lobby out to the street. I would have expected this with a taxi, but not with private car transfer. The car was dirty and smelly much more so than any of the many taxis we used during our stay. We arrived at the airport in record time, but not without experiencing one of the fastest and scariest rides of our lives.
