Used it extensively- visited two museums, the palace and used the 'hop on hop off' bus service in a single day. Best way to see Madrid.

The best deal there is - we didn't even use all of the museum entries as we ran out of time. Madrid is a lovely city to visit and explore.

The card is definitely a must have. It is certainly a time saver and great way to be introduced to a city and get around.

This card makes it very easy to travel in Madrid, and I surely recommend it for the special entrances in the main museums.

The card is very easy to use. There is lots of good information and help in the booklet. You get great discounts, plus free tapas and wine vouchers.

The card works really well for the museums. We figured that if you go to four museums or tourist sites, the card has paid for itself. Also, the tourist bus that is included is great. There are two routes that take in a lot of the city, and you can get on and off at the stops all day long. The only bad part about the bus is that the traffic in Madrid is so bad, the bus takes about 90 minutes to make a loop, or three hours to do both loops. There is an audio tour on the bus in eight languages, including English, so if you ride the bus on your first day there, you'll know which sites you want to see.

What can I say? Anyone visiting Madrid must have a Madrid Card. Not only did we get free entry to all popular attractions and museums, but we also received generous discounts on selected restaurants. We found the places in the guidebook were certainly worth seeing, and the restaurants we used were of excellent quality and value. There are two things to bear in mind. First, if you want to receive free entry into the Parque de Atracciones, you must purchase the 72-hour Madrid Card. Second, if you travel between September and May, you might find that the fun fair and the cable car are only open at weekends. During the summer, they open all week long. We also found that some of the shops in Madrid gave generous discounts, so it is worth showing your Madrid Card before paying! Without the Madrid Card, I feel we would have missed out on so much and the week in Madrid would not have been so great. It is worth getting a good map of Madrid to help find some of the places in the guide as they can be tucked away. Make sure you order your Madrid Card, you will be sorry if you don't!

If you go to Madrid, the Madrid Card is a must. It allows you to go to almost every museum for free. When all the shops are closed during siesta, you can ride a double decker bus and learn about Madrid. When the restaurants reopen at 9:00 p.m., you can get free tapas or sangria or discounts on several restaurants. You can save so much money using this card. It is definitely worth the cost, which is not very much.

A lot of the museums are free after 7pm, and the big ones are all free to the public on Wednesdays. Keep that in mind when you are figuring out what is priority. The tour of Bernabeu was a lot of fun. My one critique is that I could not find Flamenco World for the life of me, and I'm not sure if it exists because I went to the place where it's supposed to be to collect my free CD of flamenco music, but I could not find the store. Perhaps I just got lost, which is not the fault of this company.
