This tour delivers nearly everything that it promises. There are numerous opportunities to swap from one route to another and the commentary over those horrible ear phones is informative and comprehensive. The only criticism would be the way the busses tend to bunch up towards the end of the day with some big gaps between the bunches as a result.

An excellent way to get an orientation of Madrid as well as stopping off at the major sights. Good commentary in multiple languages. A must.

Where ever you are going and there is a Viator bus, I would recommend it. Viator made our tour of Europe so easy. The Hop-on Hop off tour is the best, more affordable and easy way to go. Our stay in Spain was just great. Thanks Viator!!

Buses were well maintained. It was a great mode of transportation for us to get around Madrid. We had difficulty at first locating the closest bus stop to our hotel, but once we located it we loved the ease that we were able to sightsee around Madrid.

Best way to see any European city on arrival! When you get to a new city, it is difficult to orient where you are relative to the rest of the city. These Hop on/off tours take you everywhere and provide you with audio explanation of the different points along the way. Sit on the bus for the whole tour, then decide where to hop on/off subsequently. An ABSOLUTE MUST!

The Hop-on-Hop-off for Madrid was great. Bus came every 5-10 minutes each time we used the stops during the 2 days. Very good locations.
