This was the 4th time I've used Viator to book a hop-on hop-off. Like London, Paris and Rome, Madrid was just as great. My wife and I are planning on visiting Berlin in the next couple of months and of course we will book the tour through Viator. Thanks for the good times.

The only thing that I do not like is some buses are relatively old that's why their head phone system do not function properly.

The red route is great! The blue route was pretty good too, but my wife and I like the historic stuff more than the modern things. The best stop on the blue route is the stadium.

Loved it! Used it for transportation around the city and to get oriented. Unlike other big cities, I never had to wait for a seat and they came really often and were located everywhere important!

Excellent commentary of all the main sights to see. Easy to find the stops. My only criticism is that the girl taking the ticket money had no idea what I was showing her as I had booked online; if it wasn't for the "Madrid Vision" printed on the top, she would not have let me on.
