The bus tour was very enjoyable, and we got to see a lot of places that would have taken too long to see on foot.

Madrid was a beautiful city, and thanks to the bus were able to see the beautiful architecture and buildings as well as learn about the history of the city. The facilities were great and hopping onto buses was very easy. Thanks for the trip, it was a really great value!

A good trip, very reasonably priced and helpful staff.

This is a good way to get to know the city, both old and new.

We used this to get an overview of Madrid, which was very useful. There was some difficulty with the audio. We would do it again.

Hop on hop off bus tours are an excellent way of getting the overall flavor of a city, especially if you've never been there. We like having the opportunity to get on and off the buses at any stop.

I enjoyed this tour very much; however, I do wish the bus had stayed still longer to take more picture.

We love hop on hop off tours. The only problem was the voucher. The company wouldn't accept it on the bus. We rode to the office, where the bus ticket taker and the person in the booth had a very loud fighting match. I felt very uncomfortable with that.

Make sure you tell them where you want to stop or they will pass it.

The bus provides a good view of the city.

I definitely recommend this form of touring. It allows you to experience historical values at your own pace. The only drawback to the schedule was it cut short on those days during Holy Week for the daily procession.

It took far too long to find the bus stop. A downloadable map would have been useful.

This was great. What a great way to get oriented in the city. The different tour routes intersect conveniently, and you can cover the city easily. Wear sunscreen or a hat if you plan to sit up top. The two-day package is a better deal, and then you can use the bus as your transportation to and from the various sights you want to visit. We found that at times the audio tour lagged behind a little, but that wasn't really much of a problem.

The change-over points for the buses from the various lines were not clear. The map provided to us was not really helpful.
