My experience was not a great one. The earphones appeared not to be working. The staff did not make any attempt to accommodate the passengers. It would be of great help if the bus staff would assist the passengers by identifying the historic sites. It's worth doing under better conditions, working equipment and announcements.

We had 8 hours between flights and chose to do this instead of staying in the airport. This was a great way to see a lot without a lot of time. We were able to get off and walk around to further see what we wanted. Definitely worth the price, now we know what we want to do when we go back with Madrid as our destination.

Great way to see the city, flexible, and background info provided via earphones was adequate to appreciate highlights of the tour.

I enjoyed the bus tour because you can go to all the key tourist points and then go back to them when you get a chance. I got to see all the places I had in mind.

The Red Line section is probably the most interesting part of the tour. We would recommend the tour because the city is so large that it is not easy to see everything on foot.

Good way to see Madrid.

We only had a day and a half in Madrid, and this was definitely the way to go. We saw at least the outside of most of the city, and had time to tour what we really wanted to see. The double decker buses were clean and well kept, and the tour information was good. And we saved a bundle in taxis.

We do this tour often in different cities. Very convenient to present a voucher on the bus and get a ticket for the tour.

Great introduction to the city if you are new to it.

It was a great way to see most of the city as it would have been impossible to do so otherwise since we only had a limited time in Madrid. Gave us also a better perspective of the places that we could reach on foot.

It was an easy, great way to get to see a quick overview of the city. It also allowed you to get around the city easily without taking taxis.
