The tour in general was good and in a large city like Madrid it saved a lot of shoe leather. However, the sound quality was very bad on the upper level of the bus, with many headsets not working at all. And for those that did work, the information was all as though we were passing monuments from the other direction left was on the right, etc.

Great way to see the fabulous sites when you're short on time, then you can decide where to go back to for museums, etc. Also, great way to meet nice people that are touring the same places.

In the last 2 months we did also Naples, Sorrento, Palermo, Oporto, Genoa and Turin. The explanations in Spanish in Madrid were very very bad compared with the rest of the cities and made it worse that they were not put on time, explanations were put after going through the point of interest. The rest in Madrid was wonderful. In the other cities, explanations and the tours themselves, were great. I can and will highly recommend your services.

Is worth it, especially if you have two days.

Worth doing, especially if you're pressed for time and would like to see everything.

The historic tour was very good, the modern one less so. I think that the problem is that the latter doesn't go far enough north to the area of the city that is being developed with its new towers, etc. We visited this area separately by Metro and city bus. Overall though, a worthwhile experience with frequent service.

Nice way to go around the city if weather permits!

This tour is so popular that it is very difficult to get back on a bus once you get off. On occasion we would have to wait for a second or third bus.

The bus tour was very enjoyable, and we got to see a lot of places that would have taken too long to see on foot.

Madrid was a beautiful city, and thanks to the bus were able to see the beautiful architecture and buildings as well as learn about the history of the city. The facilities were great and hopping onto buses was very easy. Thanks for the trip, it was a really great value!

We used this to get an overview of Madrid, which was very useful. There was some difficulty with the audio. We would do it again.
