Great way to see the city especially when you first arrive. The Bernabeu Stadium tour was magnificent and impressive. The tour actually drops you off there and you go through the stadium on your own and must find your own way back from the stadium.

Great tour. The tour around the city was very informative and the guide was really friendly. saw places we hadn't really explored at the point and learnt a lot about the city. The Bernabeu I would highly recommend. It was great to be able to walk around at our own pace and we easily spent 2.5 hours doing the tour jsut around the Bernabeu.

The absolute icing on the cake of our Madrid holiday. The only negative was we struggled to find the office (which as you walk out the metro where they say, just walk straight ahead and it's on the left) but we had booked the 9am tour and forgot to change our clocks to Spanish time so slept in an hour over, so we were very rushed. They kindly changed it to 3pm, with no problems. Beatrice was our guide, who was absolutely fabulous and knew absolutely everything there was to know about Madrid. The coach was wonderfully air conditioned. They stopped at great places to take photo's. Then the absolute jewel was the stadium tour, as a non footy fanatic, I loved it, but to a footy fanatic (my son) he was in 7th heaven! You got the chance to see and do absolutely everything, it's a memory that will stay with my son and I forever! You must do it.

Absolutely loved Madrid. Would go back tomorrow. The Stadium is massive and very well finished, but no guide and too many people touting photo oportunities. The city is georgeous, people are full of banter, and the food and drink went down a treat. I've no photos as I lost my camera in Madrid airport, and it is impossible to contact the airport or Iberia . Go to Madrid though, take the tour and enjoy!!!

The city tour was a good overview of Madrid, the various areas and history. I learned a lot on that. I would recommend the bus tour as an orientation for any travel to Madrid. The stadium tour is self guided and gave very good access to various parts of the stadium, very similar to other baseball stadium tours I have been on in the US.

My visit to Santiago Bernabeu was the highlight of my entire trip to Spain. I am a big fan of Real Madrid and I had a great time and enjoyed every bit of it and I also had a lot of fun shopping and dinning at the Stadium.

If you are into soccer at all and know the Real Madrid team, I definitely recommend this tour. You see the stadium from the seats, to the field, players bench, locker room, trophy hall, interview room, etc. Very cool!

The bus tour was very informative-it gives you a good sense of the size and different areas/eras of Madrid. Saw lots of things that we wouldn't have had time to see on foot. Go at the beginning of hol so you can see what you might want to go back to. Not so good for taking photos. Bernabeu was ace!

Very good tour and very informative guide. Would recommend it.

HOWEVER, make sure you use the loo before you get on the bus. There was a toilet on the coach but it was locked and there was no key available!! About an hour and a half into the trip there was a stop at the Hard Rock Café to have a drink and thank god there were toilets there. It was a VERY long wait though!

That really was the only downfall ... it wouldn't be a pleasant experience if you had children with you!

A trip worth doing though and the Bernabeu Stadium tour was fantastic,
