Madrid Super Saver: Madrid Illuminations Evening Tour and Flamenco Show at Torres Bermejas
Learn about Madrid's history from your local guide as you pass through the city's tree-lined boulevards, with their animated cafes and brilliantly illuminated monuments and squares.
See the amazing Templo de Debod, a 4th-century-BC Egyptian temple that was saved from the rising waters of Lake Nasser and sent block by block to Spain in 1970.
Wander through the famous Plaza de España, where you will see a statue of Spanish writer Cervantes. At the writer's feet is a bronze of his most well-known characters, Don Quijote and Sancho Panza.
Finally, return to the heart of Madrid, Plaza Mayor, built in typical Herrerian style. Formerly a center for royal festivities and bullfighting, the square was burned to the ground in 1790 but was subsequently resurrected. Today, the square is lined with shops and alfresco cafes, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee (own expense) to refuel your energy for the rest of the night.
Please note: During the summer, when the sun sets later, part of your tour may take place before the sun goes down. You’ll watch Madrid sparkle as day turns to night.
Flamenco Show at Torres Bermejas

While being entertained by the fabulous live flamenco show, you’ll enjoy a complimentary drink. Or, you can upgrade to a delicious Spanish 3-course dinner (see sample menu in the Itinerary section below).
