This tour was excellent!! the visit to Toledo was great! It is really fast, but it's the best way to enjoy this town if you are short of time. Then, during the afternoon the Madrid city tour was excellent as well as we had time to take photos at historic places. Totally worth the money!

Our guide in Toledo was very knowledgable and took us to many sites. The panorama of Madrid was a great way to get to know the entire city not just the city center.

A fantastic tour and a must do for all fist timers. Toledo was an excellent city to visit and the tour guide was also very good. The madrid city tour was very informative and usefull for our stay. We got dropped off at the Real madrid station- also a must do for 1st timers.

This was a great choice of something to do on your first day in Madrid. The historic town of Toledo was great and the tour guide was just so knowledgeable and spoke very good English.
And after a nice lunch the Madrid sightseeing tour was alsa great way to get your bearings and see all the major places in the City.

Toledo is very beautiful and the trip is very nice. The panoramic sightseeing of Madrid is very good but too quick. The local operator is organized.

This was a very well worthwhile trip. Toledo is stunning. The guide was a bit wear. The Madrid tour was not as exciting but the guide was excellent. I particularly liked that she shared aspects of current Madrid culture and society. Very engaging.

My advice would be to take the full day Toledo tour, is much more interesting and you get to see the inside of the cathedral. The panoramic tour of Madrid isn't really worth. A much much better alternative is to take the three walking tours from the main tourist office in PlazaMayor called Essential Madrid. There's a discount if you buy all 3 and you get the chance to see many buildings and monuments without the rush of the bus.

Good, the guide for toledo did the tour in spanish (longer), english, french too much is too much...one language is much better... She didn't feel that she had the responsability to check if everybody was in the bus. She indicate to take a taxi to a point if we get lost...She left the sites without checking...

Places we went inside Toledo are great and the church was stunning. However two many spanish speaking people in the group and only little English translation for our minority English group. We could obtain more info on the scenes from brochures than the tour guide.

Toledo is a beautiful town. Would lhave liked a little more free time to shop - the only opportunity was a few minutes at the end in a factory that made jewelry.

We liked the city of Toledo very much, but we were not excited about the tour and the guide. We were promised to have English speaking guide. In our tour we had bi-lingual guide, but Spanish explanations were more longer than English ones. In addition when it comes to English in more cases we already passed the spot the guide was talking about. In other words that kind of giude make no sense. Later on we figured out that it was only 5 spanish speaking people in our bus, all other 20-25 people were English speaking.

Overall it was a very good tour. More details should be included in tour description. A lot of walking up hills is required for Toledo -- should be prepared for this. This tour is actually two separate tours with a break in between. The staff working in the office at the tour operator were rude. Wish the guides were more informative. Were not impressed with this tour company.
