Fantastic tour. We had been in Spain for 3 weeks but it was still worth taking. We went to a number of bars and had all sorts of tapas, along with a great deal of knowledge and a few different drinks. It made sure that the 7 of us in the group from various parts of the world started out as strangers and became great friends. Paul was brilliant and we loved it. Thanks.

By the time we had finished at 12.15am we had been well fed and watered and had enjoyed a through entertaining and educational tapas bar tour of Madrid, well done Paul our guide, first class.

What a fun night this was!! Our guide took us to a variety of tapas bars where we were able to taste food and drink from the different regions of Spain. My only regret is that we had to leave early to catch the last train out of Madrid at midnight to get back to the town where we were staying. Recommend staying in the city the night of this tour. Very fun!!

We had been in Italy all week and had a connection in Madrid and decided to spend the night and take this Tapas tour and ended-up being one of the better nights on our week trip.
Paul did a nice job keeping a balance of a Tapas tour with local history and was stuffed by the time we got to the 3rd stop but managed to eat more at our last stop,
We met 3 other couples and enjoyed their company and would recommend this tour to anyone who likes to eat and drink.

Could not have been happier. Paul was an incredible guide who created impressive group cohesion. Our tour was full of laughs, great food and drinks, interesting history and cultural tidbits. It was like having a best friend show you around — nothing felt "arranged" and Paul's eye was on the experience, NOT the time. Expect a different experience based on the group, weather, day of week, guide, bar selections, etc. But expect an amazing time regardless. The highlight of my jam-packed vacation in Madrid, hands down.

The tapas night was super because of our guide Paul who was so much fun to be around! This is a must do trip while in Madrid!

My daughter and I spent our last night on a tapas tour with Paul. I have nothing but praise for this super guide. he did everything possible to make it a most memorable enjoyable evening. it was not just ''tapeando' but also a cultural tour'. The group we were with were also very good company. The only piuty was that we left it for the last night as we had to go slow on the wine since we had to be at the airpot at 4am. We eould certainly do we it again on our next visit.

Our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable. We ate foods we would have never tried without him. The group was small and very personal.we learned about ordering in Spain. Everyone going to Spain needs to do this if mo other tour

I recommend this tour to everyone! It's a great way to experience Madrid nightlife with a knowledgeable guide who shares what he's learned on his own. Our particular guide, Paul, was thoughtful and smart; he shared historical information as well as tips for enjoying bars, drinks, and free tapas and rubbing elbows (not just a metaphor) with Spaniards. He asked for our input at many points on how to tailor the tour to our interests. We experienced a variety of tastes in drinks (cider, wine, etc) and food. Paul showed us some of what made him fall in love with Madrid (6 years ago?) and decide to stay. We used his tips on subsequent nights to enjoy tapas and nightlife all over again.

Fun tour. Super picks of tapas bars. Walked about 5 miles so make sure that isn't a problem if you pick this tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first night in Madrid. Our guide definitely takes his job seriously. Daniel was knowledgeable, entertaining, committed and patient. Our group was small enought to develop social cohesion early on. The food we sampled was good and the places we visited, interesting - making sense of the tapas culture. Even a tee totaller will enjoy the tour. My only regret is that we left in a hurry (to catch a taxi) and clean forgot to give Daniel the gratuity - one he richly deserved!

We went on the tour last Saturday the 11th of Feb, 4 of us early 40's ladies from London, 3 lads from Roterdam and a young couple from Ireland. Paul was an amazing tour guide from Dublin! He took us on an interesting walk through the tapas establishments of Madrid giving us information on Madrid and about the regions in Spain that the Tapas came from and took us out of our comfort zones with regards to trying new food and drink! Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made sure that everyone was included. We go on a city break every year and this was the first time that we had pre booked a tour and I would definatley recommend it to anyone going to Madrid and would look out for similar tours in the future. Paul you are doing an amazing job keep up the good work.
