great night great fun!! Guide was the best and created the evening
Great tour guide, a local that gave us historical information about the area and establishments we sipped and dined at. I highly recommend this for a fun evening and good way to get acquainted with the fun plazas. Also he was careful to take into consideration food likes/dislikes.
You definitely have to do this tour while you're in Madrid! I happened to be the only person that day, so it was just me and Ismael, the guide. I had a great time!! Ismael is very warm, friendly and knows good food. He chose some great dishes: dried tuna, fried peppers, shrimp in garlic and olive oil, shark and pureed cod and tomato on toast, to name a few. He explained some things about Madrid's neighborhoods, Spain's regions, and mixed in some local anecdotes as well.
Had a great night, the guide Ismal was informative and passionate about the city with more than enough food and drinks to go around. Gives you a feel for the areas for any later visits to the city centre.
This tour has been one of the highlights of our time in Madrid. The tour guide was friendly extremely knowledgable about the wine, food and tapas. He related well with all 13 people on our tour and this added to the pleasure of the experience. We visited 5 different tapas and wine establishments with a different experience in each. Excellent value.
this was a very nice tour, we were a small group but they were all very friendly. The guide was very knowledgeable and we took us to places that you would usually never considered seeing on your own.
This was a fantastic tour, our guide Jamie was awesome and went out of his way to give us a perfect night. Very informative and the other people in the group were very friendly as well.
The only downside was that because our hotel was away from the city centre we had to find our own way back to our hotel which was by the Chamatrin train station. When in a strange city and not knowing the language this was a bit daunting. However a lovely lady on the tube guided us back to the correct station.
