The windshield of the bus was dirty, so it was hard to make good pictures. It was sightseeing for the memory not for the eyes, but for a start in Madrid it is OK.

The bus was crowded and hot. You could not see out the windows of the large buildings. There were no photo stops. If you can afford to do so, go on a private tour with stops or an open bus tour if weather permits.

We left the tour midway through. The audio system was terrible and the guide's English was extremely poor. A total waste of time and money.

Very disappointing..... It started 25 min late, was overcrowded and narrated by the most monotone and unenthusiastic tour guide we have ever come across in our travels. Not to mention that his descriptions of the sights or monuments was never on par with what you were actually seeing at the moment it was being described. We ended up turning it into a game how many of the sights we missed as opposed to how many we saw. What was suppose to be a 3 hour tour of the highlights of the city was more a bad bus ride around town with pre-set stops at overpriced vendors. We ended up getting off the bus and not returning to the tour because it was so bad!!! I highly recommend taking one of the many on and off tours which are easy to find all over Spain as opposed to this tour.
