A great tour, showcasing all the sights of the city.

The trip was well organized and our tour guide knew her subject very well. The one problem was that our directions were to pick up the tickets the day before our trip. When we went to pick them up we were told the directions were wrong and that we just needed to show up 15 minutes before departure. Thus we wasted valuable sightseeing time following inaccurate directions.

To avoid future confusion, Viator recommends that you ring the local operator directly upon arrival in Madrid. The local number is included on your Viator Voucher, which you'll receive once your booking is confirmed. And the English-speaking staff in Madrid will be able to answer any questions you have.
The walk around Toledo was definitely worth the money I spent. The guide knew what she was talking about. The only low point was the lunch, which was included in the trip. Even so I still strongly recommend this tour.

Toledo is BEAUTIFUL, however, our tour guide was very quiet, and there were some personal issues that happened on the tour bus that the guide essentially ignored after several complaints from the passengers. The tour was to rushed and did not provide enough time to soak in the city. Definitely do the full day tour.

Guide was uninspiring. Tour misses the highlights of Toledo. DO NOT buy the overpriced souvenirs available at the end of the tour! Much cheaper anywhere else in Spain.

I would choose to see this wonderful place again on my own, because the guided tour was so unsatisfactory and the tour guide did not do anything to make this experience memorable.

Toledo was in fog the whole morning so couldn't appreciate the views.

Toledo was a great city to visit. Our guide, however, smoked like a fish, acted totally disinterested and did not translate everything into English and concentrated on talking to people in Spanish.

The morning sightseeing was very good. However, our Viator group was combined with another agency's group, which made for a very large group, especially since the leader presented the material in Spanish, English and French. The lunch was terrible - canned vegetable soup, greasy baked chicken and poor quality ice cream with canned fruit cocktail. We would have preferred a box lunch under a tree. After lunch, we visited the obligatory Toledo metalwork factory. There are lots of good pottery shops and bakeries, but we were not able to visit any of them. The guide was nice and knowledgeable.

Sadly, the tour operator gave very poor service. The guides were in a bad mood and explained things in a foolish way.

It would be better to split tours into Spanish and English speaking groups to save time for more comments and explanations of history by the guide. The city itself is unique.

Although the city is spectacular, the staff at the tour company was impatient. They should have a warning that the tours entail a lot of walking and are not fit for persons with an inability to go up and down hills and in cobble stones. As of today, I could not honestly recommend this tour!

The tour was interesting and hit all of the highlights of Toledo. However, lunch was terrible, not worth the extra money.
