as always, prompt, professional and a new clean car
i use every year, worth the extra to have someone waiting to take your bags and start relaxing on the way to your hotel or apartment
our driver arrived early for our morning flight, so we had plenty of time to check in and get to the gate at the airport. He was courteous and friendly

Everything went as planned. When I called to verify my transfer, the agent said he didn't have a record of the reservation, but said he would check and would be there to pick us up. I'm not sure what happened in the meantime, but our car was waiting for us when our plane arrived.

Although driver's English was limited, he was prompt and courteous and knew where he was going. The car was very clean and comfortable, with more than enough room for 4 adults and 6 suitcases.
