Once they arrived had a good journey straight to hotel

People incharge was wating for us in the airport, was easy to find them. The transportation was realy confortable and the driver very frendly.

My plane was late and my luggage was lost, so I arrived later than anticipated to get my ride the Marbella. The customer service woman (I didn't catch her name) was very nice and arranged for a driver to take me to Marbella. It all worked out great, and I would definitely use the company again. Thank you!

HORRIBLE! Since I was the only one they sent me in a taxi. The driver was despicable! Not only was he rude, but absolutely REFUSED to help me with my luggage in anyway! He tried to drop me off on the side of the road, but I forced him to drop me off at the door. He threw my luggage on sidewalk and drove off and I had to carry it up 2 flights to my vacation condo! Deplorable !
