Good way to get to see everything in the area, and then go back and see what you are most interested in. The stops are frequent enough. Dont expect the drivers to be tour guides, you simply listen to a recorded audio, and then get off and explore what you want. Still worth it, and it allows you to explore all day....

We waited over an hour for the Hop on bus to arrive at our seaport. It did not come. Then we walked about a mile, saw your sign on a travel agent door, went inside to inquire and found that the buses did not start running in the city for another hour. When we booked with Viator, they gave us a different time schedule than was actually running that day. Other than that, the tour was very good.

Arrived in a cruise ship on Friday june 10, first inconvenience was that ad mentioned the bus started at 9:30 but same did not arrived until 10:30 and only accepted 8 passengers since it was full, when you have limited time hour and a half is way too much to wait for a bus.

Long queues at the bus stops, but otherwise it was very good.

We were so excited to explore the beautiful island of Mallorca. We booked this bus because it is a highly rated tour provider. The outlets to plug in the headphones were not working well, the biggest issue is that the audio was off by half the island! We never knew where we were.

It is a good way to get a cognitive map of the city. Prerecorded audio information is wasting time and useless. Timing is not quite synchronized with driving. Not all the stops were covered with each round tour. Some are only available on the full hours, like the one that would take you to the Miro

Not very well sign posted as to where to get on the bus. Had to walk some distance before finding a stop and then the first bus took half an hour to arrive and was full so we had to wait again. Probably need more buses in operation for the number of people using them. Once we got on we felt we didn't want to get off anywhere in case we had to wait another hour to get back on a bus.

The audio guide did not work well, so we really just had a bus ride around town.

At the port, there was no line for this bus - instead, there was a mob. Everyone, including the two tour bus employees responsible for collecting payments and vouchers, seemed to just think that crowding the bus was the best way to go. When one of these employees finally did decide that some organization was necessary, she was very rude to the crowd as she motioned and barked for people to move further away from where the bus was stopped. Even then, she didn't put any effort into encouraging the formation of a line. In the meantime, people were cutting into the crowd left and right. The tour itself was decent, but the driver stopped for long periods of time for reasons that were not clear to us and so we felt like we lost significant time in traveling on this bus.

This was not a stellar performance and I would hesitate to recommend it. First, I was extremely disgusted with the initial bus driver. Numerous people were attempting to board, and the bus driver refused to take any more passengers since he was full. Even though we had a prepaid ticket and we counted 16 empty seats, he said we had to wait for the next bus in 25 minutes. My guess is that he was trying to keep on schedule. If so, the bus company should have additional ticket sellers to ride on the bus to collect tickets. Second, the narrated portion or sound system did not work--maybe only 1 out of 4 sound jacks would play--so we missed a lot of the narration of the sights and had to settle for using one jack between both of us.
