Our driver Mar was on time and very nice. We will use Viator on our next transfer from the hotel to the airport.
Well, the Philippines was not a disappointment. The driver was polite, helpful, friendly, and patient. No complaints even with heightened traffic due to the APEC summit, still no complaints
Hassle free experience. The rep was waiting for me with my name. On the way to hotel, he was telling some interesting fact of Manila and gave me a brief orientation, even helped me to find a good breaky place. Good start of my biz trip in Manila

The tour company was waiting as arranged and took me to the hotel without fuss in a clean airconditioned car.
I was picked up in a van not a SUV like always . Just did not feel the same service as all my previous trips for pick up and drop off. I felf for what i paid it should have not been a old vn with a smashed back end.. The personal was great and nice they were perfect utt no SUV or private transportation was not fair.. I will book my return to airport on 12-17-2015 I can only hope it is nore high end than what I was picked up in. I was so shocked.
I expect a new and clean car not a dirty van .The driver was very friendly and professional .
For the cost of this airport transfer, it would have been better value to have got one of the taxi's.
The guy who met us and the driver were both very good and hence the 3 stars. But the time for the car to arrive at the terminal and the very old car that picked us up, were not worth the value.
For that amount, we would have expected a slightly newer car then the 10+ year old car that did collect us.
There was not any name card for me outside the airport. I made sure my Viator slip was visible in my hand and finally found the airport agent. The agent then escorted me to a semi-cool room for waiting passengers while he called the driver. The driver was friendly but the car just an older somewhat beatup Toyota Corolla. It was a warm muggy night and the car was barely cooler than the outside. I did arrive fairly quickly based on the traffic and safe and sound to my hotel.
We had confirmed our arrival of 4.30 pm but then caught an earlier flight. Unable to contact at thus point. When we arrived I rang to ask when the driver would be there and how we would recognise each other. On three occasions I was asked to call back after 10 minutes as they were trying to locate one. By this time it was half an hour after he was supposed to be there and we had no idea of the colour/type/plate number of this car . The best I could say to them was orange suitcases could perhaps identify the 8 of us out of the hundreds of people waiting for transport. All I wanted to know is how we would know him when he arrived but got no answers, just a call back in 10 minutes. Thank goodness I had access to a phone or we would still be waiting. When we got in the car he had no idea where we were to go despite me passing on all the info when I booked. Next time we'll get taxis

Paid 100 AUD for a trip that you can do with taxi for 20 to 30 AUD.
The car was smashed on the side and the car was worth 1000 AUD.
If we are going to pay good mont at least a nice car please.
Drivers were great.
I use Viator in every country I travel but won't use them in Manila again.

There was no one to meet me as I ca me out of customs had to go outside and go to an office of the hotel where I was staying. I had to wait at least 20 min for a car to arrive to take me to the hotel.
Nobody waited for me at the airport!? I spent an hour hustling around the arrival exit at the airport before finding a polite fellow who made a couple of calls and arranged my transfer to the hotel. The transfer by your local provider was good.
