The vegetarian food option was poor. The event in the ring had no commentary or explanation.
The show was lacking any excitement or story line, the cast just walked up and down the arena. A few horses marched up the down and the riders let off their guns. The food was ok, a bit basic. The venue was amazing with lots of ritz and great ambiance.
The show is beautiful. The dinner is lively, ok. However it was extremely cold nad we were not prepared to be outdoor.
As with everything in Morocco they are only interested in extracting as much money as possible from you, everone expects a tip even if they do absolutly nothing. Some facts They dont pick up from Raids, Holiday services office staff dont speak enough english, the meal was terrible with poor service and the worst fatty, greasy lamb i've ever had. The after dinner show was okay but "fantastic" and "magical" it is not.
dispite having called the day before to re-confirm, they had no record of us being on the trip when we got to the office, luckly we were early as we could of missed out if we got there when we had be told. they did manage to include us on the trip, so no harm done. The evening itself seemed a little disorganised and there was a lot of waiting about with not much happening. performace itself was fine once it got going.
We found that if we went to the bar ourselves we paid a lot less for drinks than if a waiter brought them. We did enjoy ourselves but that was due to the company rather than the event.
Food was good. Served alcohol. Lovely surroundings. Show was mediocre.
This is what WE saw: Whenever the guns or rifles or whatever they were, were shot into the air, the horses panicked. They were whipped - yes literally, poked and beaten by the riders. Horses were panicked, were buckling all over the place. It was AWFUL. We left in tears. Barbaric
The food and the show were both sub-par. Would not recommend anyone to go, even if you are a tourist.
The show was terrible. The hotel pick up and drop off was bad,we had to take a taxi to the travel agency and on the way back, we had to walk at 1.00 am in the lonely medina. It was a scary experience. Food was okay. I don't recommend it.
The worst part of our trip to Marrakech. The food was awful, cold with small portions. The service is terrible and the place stinks. The dancers are performing with a very bad attitude treating the guests without welcoming. Going there is a waste of money and the time. Not worth for that price.
The food was terrible. The dancers were ugly. The horse show was OK.
Hopeless Event. It was an utter waste of time. The food was mediocre and the show was pathetic at best.
