Driver was on time and very well mannered.
Excellent! Even though our plane was diverted due to bad weather, when we finally arrived in Marrakech 3 hours later, the mini-bus was still waiting for us. Thank you!
Thought this was a good service. The driver was there upon arrival, and we received exactly the service we had paid for. I don't know if this is availble more cheaply upon arrival, but it was very helpful to book ahead and not worry.
Reliable,helpful and English speaking service that got us right to the front door of our Riad. Good service if a bit pricey compared to our taxi trip return.
Transfer was OK but driver and guide were not that friendly. In fact they advised that they did not speak English and were completely uninterested. Nevertheless the service was efficient and a preorganised transfer was a welcome relief after a late arrival. From this point of view the transfer was expensive but worthwhile.
Before we flew out I called to confirm the transfer, but the lady was a bit unsure and kept saying they do a pick up at 11am even though our flight arrived at 9am. Needless to say that when we arrived at Marrakech airport there was nobody waiting for us. We then called again and they said they would be with us in 20mins. The driver arrived about 20 mins later but we then had to make a stop off at travel services tour agency to hand in our voucher and were then taken to our hotel. So this was ok, as we got to the hotel eventually.
The airport arrival private transfer service was good, but over priced. Upon exiting the immigrationcustoms area, a rep holding a Viator sign was there and escorted us to the parking lot where the van was waiting. But, at 18person 3 people in my party, it is expensive compared to the 100D about 14 total for a taxi.
No one was waiting for us when we arrived so I had to call them. Once I called they were very apologetic and after not too long they arrived and took us to our hotel. But calling them did defeat the purpose of booking a stress-free arrival transfer.
Hotel less than 10 mintes away so this was very expensive.
