Great tour, which covered a lot at a good pace. Tour guide Niko was beyond excellent! Although we didn't know each other at the start of the day, by the time our bus rolled back into the tour office's parking lot it was as if we were a group of friends out on a day-trip rather than a tour group. Highly recommend!

Driver was 10 min late and didn't have the correct message on his board for us to find him. But very polite and friendly service
The driver was late so we had to wander around a while in a new country wondering if we'd been forgotten. But once he arrived he was courteous and friendly and gave us a commentary on the way to our hotel, and carried our luggage inside. Another man from Viator at the airport also greeted us and wrote his mobile number on a sheet of paper and told us we could contact him about our stay anytime.
The guy who's waiting very friendly and with a good smiling drive. When arrived the hotel we ask about our return detail,he gave a unusable number( we find out 3 days after),and just ask anything your like to give to Driver ?we give tips 20Dr but he say too little,then we paid Dr50 ( about £4)!but we had paid £30 to this service,local taxi only charge £10-£15 per-taxi.

Due to stopping at the travel agency inbound, I mentioned about this return trip and they called our hotel to confirm our pick up, which was very swift and organised.
The administration and phone calls were a right pain - no one knew of our local transport company!!
As the transport did not turn up on arrival ( that is another story), we called the numbers given on the documentation to check if transport was going to arrive to return us to the airport. Numerous calls later, being bounced back and forth between the numbers given on the documentation, where no one seemed to know what was happening. We made a call to Viator, USA. Lovely customer support, but the call got dropped twice. Final attempt - we talked to the same support officer as first time - he took our mobile number and said he'd call back, Meanwhile we asked our receptionist to try and resolve the issue and left the Riad. On return we had a typed letter with full details of our transport arrangements!!!! To be fair we did have a voicemail message from Viator - but could not access it as we needed some kind of code(?)
On the day of departure our escort arrived on time, very courteous and spoke excellent English. Took our bags and guided us to the car. Smooth trip right to the front door, where he then took our bags, led us into airport, secured the necessary departure cards for completion and then ensured we were in the correct queue for our airline.
I cannot fault the transport and escort - but the fact the local support arrangements were not in place resulting in numerous calls at our cost, detracted from the overall experience. Having used Viator previously I was very surprised and disappointed that our expericence had been so poor.
The phone number didn't work and I was forced to make other arrangements. I was not impressed!!!
