Disappointing start as when phoning to confirm collection time we were informed that maybe we would be unable to go since there were not enough people.However the time was agreed eventually and the visit proved to be a worthwhile one.Guide's English was a little difficult to understand.
Good for a first trip into Marrakech City, gives you the confidence to venture out on your own the next time. Guide was very good especially as it was the Sunday after Eid, a lot of the souk shops were closed, so no hassle
Tour and guide were very good. The local office that arranged the tour were disorganized, rude and spoke very little English even though they knew it was an English booking. We were even very rudely dismissed for not speaking French.

Our tour guide did nothing more than walk with us through the souks. He was more interested in chain-smoking. I guess the tour prevented us from being bombarded by the vendors and getting lost in the maze.
