Excellent, driver met us at arrival exit with a sign. Spoke good English and assisted in euro exchange. We were delivered to hotel in Aix on time. Definitely will you again.
Absolutely great! On time, very personable driver. My wife couldn't stop commenting on how cute he was!
He WAS friendly, informative and extremely helpful. Having had a bad experience in Barcelona with another company I am a firm supporter of Viator transfers!,
Outstanding in all respects!!! On time and properly positioned.
Appreciated being picked up at the airport and taken directly to the hotel.
Happy with the quality of the service. Polite and friendly driver, no problems at all.
The service was amazing. The driver was waiting for us at arrival and was very knowledgeable of the region.
It was so nice to have a taxi - with a pleasant driver - waiting for our party, and to sit in comfort straight to the hotel. No bus, no train, no walking, with cases. We arrived fresh and ready to enjoy the holiday.
We walked into the baggage claim area and our driver was there waiting for us. She helped us with our bags, gave us a little history lesson about Marseille on the way to the hotel and knew exactly where to take us. It had been recommended to us that we take a bus to the train station in Marseille and then a taxi to our hotel, but for just a few dollars more per person, we didn't have to haul the luggage on and off multiple vehicles or try to figure out where to go. Highly recommended.
Excellent and on time! It is a relief to get out of the arrivals terminal and see that someone is waiting for you and drives you safely to your hotel!
This was a bit expensive, but the airport is a bit far away from the city. It is great to have a friendly face waiting for me when I arrived.
Upon arriving, we saw someone with our name. However, the sign did not have anything that said
VIATOR so we bypassed him as we have a very common name. We looked all over and finally
a helpful person called and we found out that the person we saw was correct. He came back for us
after checking another waiting area. I would suggest that even though you use local agencies, they should still have a sign that says VIATOR on their greeting boards. How else would we know who to look for.
