The shuttle did not have my reservation when I arrived. I gave them my receipt and they did take me to the hotel.

It was a little hard to find the shuttle.

The driver did not run the air conditioning on a very hot day, and his choice of music on the radio was not appealing. I took a cab for my return trip.
