As first time visitors to Baltimore and Washington we used the Viator shuttle service to take us directly to our hotel in downtown Washington. It could not have been easier. No hassle with traffic, one way systems, driving on the wrong side etc. After 8 hours flying this has got to be the best way to get to D.C. Thanks.

Well worth the price, but a little disorganized at the airport.

Driver was unfamiliar with getting around in a timely fashion dropping off the first person. He did not follow directions given to him well.

The transfer form BWI to Wash DC was not good. At BWI, the computer was not working at the check in terminal and we waited over 30 minutes to get our boarding pass for Wash DC. The shuttle also picked up 8 people, when it is stated that 7 at the most would be taken. There were 5 in our group, another two and then one single person.

The information provided on the website was not consistent with information provided by the service rep at the airport. The wait on a bus was extremely long. Due to the long wait time, the bus was extremely crowded.

I arrived with confirmation in hand but they couldn't find it. I had to refill out paperwork. Then, it took 1.5 hrs to get to hotel. Way too long.
