I was very happy with the company once I was actually in the shuttle on the way to my destination but my wait time was about 50 mins and they seemed a bit disorganized on the ground.

Absolutely terrible! Confirmed shuttle prior to getting on our flight, arrived with our four children at Baltimore at 0130 in the morning and was told that there were no shuttles available for several hours! Had to get two taxis after waiting for nearly 2 hours with our group. Never book with them!
