Read what other Viator.com travelers think about the Baltimore Arrival Transfer: to Washington DC. What they loved, what they liked and what they think could be improved, it's all here to help you make the most of your next trip.
They called before they got there to let us know what time they would pick us up
I used Super Shuttle right across the USA they are a fantastic and reliable company in my experiences of over a Dozen Transfers
As first time visitors to Baltimore and Washington we used the Viator shuttle service to take us directly to our hotel in downtown Washington. It could not have been easier. No hassle with traffic, one way systems, driving on the wrong side etc. After 8 hours flying this has got to be the best way to get to D.C. Thanks.
Fast and deepenable pick up, we were really pleased with our service
Friendly staff, arrived on a Sunday morning and was on our way within about 10 mins. They exchange your voucher for a number boarding pass. This allows you to sit indoors and relax until your boarding pass number is called - no having to wait in lines outside in the cold. Driver was nice and professional.
Well worth the price, but a little disorganized at the airport.
The travel and price were fine, but when I arrived at the hotel with a ripped bag the customer service was not so good. I still have not heard back. Did not think it was possible but check your luggage, I thought only airline handlers were hard on bags. Live and learn - thank goodness for duct tape.
I was very happy with the company once I was actually in the shuttle on the way to my destination but my wait time was about 50 mins and they seemed a bit disorganized on the ground.
Driver was unfamiliar with getting around in a timely fashion dropping off the first person. He did not follow directions given to him well.
The transfer form BWI to Wash DC was not good. At BWI, the computer was not working at the check in terminal and we waited over 30 minutes to get our boarding pass for Wash DC. The shuttle also picked up 8 people, when it is stated that 7 at the most would be taken. There were 5 in our group, another two and then one single person.
