Great! I will use Viator every time. On time, great staff on the Cruise and a wonderful show on the Luau. A must see!
Good food and good entertainment. Definitely a good luau if you are staying on Maui.
Awesome Cruise - DJ needs to get some up dated songs for the cruise like Toes by Zac Brown band and Pontoon by Little Big Band. Good Times!!!
The cruise was just a little less than I expected since there were actually only 2 free drinks during it but they made it a lot of fun with the music and dancing and it was very beautiful. The luau was great entertainment, open bar, excellent staff and the food was good but not as great as I thought it would have been. Overall very happy and would recommend though.
The cruise was nice, the crew members were friendly. It doesn't warn you that you only get two drinks then you have to pay extra for more. There was food but nothing substantial, meatballs, vegetable platter, chips and dips...but that was okay because I wasn't expecting any food. I just wished the ride was a little longer.
The luau was okay. We sat cafeteria lunchroom style with other guests, but we got to meet some nice people. You have to pay extra for a flower lei, and for frozen drinks. The food was good, and so was the entertainment. The hostess was great at explaining Hawaiian history.
The sunset cruise was not what I expected but was a lot of fun and the Luau entertainment was AMAZING!
Luau was nice..but booking got messed up and caused undo craziness not needed on vacation. Work out in the end.
This experience was worth the cost! We enjoyed the cocktail cruise, we were able to see the last of the whale season 3 whales came up to the boat. It was very exciting. Luau was a great experience, even though my cell phone was stolen from the table. But over all I really enjoyed the packaged deal.
It was great!!! The cruise food was excellent and the luau food was good and plentiful. I would definitely do again..
This was a nice addition to our vacation. The cruise was beautiful and we met some nice people. The dinner on the cruise however was not very good - but we didn't expect much actually, so were not hugely disappointed, we actually went back to the hotel and ate afterward. We did enjoy it a great deal though. The Luau was entertaining and we had great food there. The show felt a bit rushed at the end because it began to rain, but it was money well spent!
The sunset cruise and the luau were great. We never received a voucher from Viator and had to jump through some hoops to be sure everything was set to go. It was more the actual tour company Viator booked with than Viator that dropped the ball, but whenever I called Viator to inquire I was directed back to the tour company.
The Cocktail cruise was nice and we really enjoyed it. The Royal Lahaina Luau was a disaster. As many of the Trip Advisor reviews describe, the check-in is painfully slow- we were greeted with a long line and only two ladies checking in over 400 guests. It took over an hour in line just to get checked into the Luau. The food was tasteless and rather un-appetizing and the entertainment was boring. Because the check in took so long it was over an hour before we could eat and at least two hours before the entertainment started. This is my fifth Hawaiian Luau and by far the worst. Please look around a make a better choice than we did.
We left later than scheduled and then had to take two people back to another boat because they boarded the wrong one. The cruise ended when the sun went behind the clouds, not exactly sunset. Of course the scenery was beautiful and the cocktails were very good.
