I was very pleased with the shuttle service and would definitely use them again. Everything was well organized, the service was prompt and people were very friendly. The driver to the hotel was lots of fun and made what could have been a tiring, boring trip lots of fun.
I was greeted quickly and welcomed openly to Maui. The greeter directed me to the arriving baggage claim area. My transportation to my hotel arrived shortly, handled my luggage with care and drove to my hotel safely. I would recommend this Viator service without hesitation.

transfers are very helpful in maui. The area we stayed in was about 45 minutes away (there is no traffic). I'm sure a cab would be expensive.
I was met at the gate and escorted to baggage claim in Maui, my luggage was loaded and my next stop was to await my driver who would take me to my hotel! There was nothing to do but sit back and relax and think of my upcoming week in Maui. The driver was courteous and informative.
The staff was excellent. There was a slight problem with our reservation but it was resolved with minimal hassle.
The lei greeting was a little underwhelming, but the ladies were very nice.
