I was picked up exactly as scheduled and the driver was courteous.
We booked this transfer with AAvacations. We don't know how it happened but Viator showed it as cancelled. So there was some mis-communication between AAvacations and Viator. We finally just re-booked directly with Viator and that worked fine. We are seeking a refund from AAvacations.
