Exactly what I hoped for. The agent was very friendly, professional, helpful and the flowers were great.
I order 2 Maui Lei greeting for my Daughter and my son, since this is their first trip to Maui, as we walk downstairs to the luggage claim, a nice lady waiting down there and put a lei on each of my kid's neck. they are very happy and surprised. Highly recommend viator.
The greeters were waiting for us as we approached the baggage area and really made us feel the spirit of Aloha!
WE WERE NOT MET AS EXPECTED DUE TO AN ERROR WITH THE FLIGHT NUMBER, IT WAS CHANGED BY OUR CARRIER, SO NOT VIATOR'S ERROR. WE THEN ASKED ABOUT THE LEIS AND IMMEDIATELY FOUND VIATOR'S REPRESENTATIVE. THEY RECIFIED THE ERROR IMMEDIATELY AND WE RECEIVED OUR LEIS JUST AS OUR LUGGAGE ARRIVED. THANKYOU, THIS IS A GOOD SERVICE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE

When we arrived at the airport in Maui we were greeted by the representative and given our leis. My kids were very impressed. It made them feel special and receiving a lei is very Hawaiian.
I had to chose 1 star, but if I could, I would've chosen 0. We landed date airport after a very long flight and I was very excited to surprise my girlfriends with a lei greeting, however, to my dismay noone showed up at the airport. When I called to find out what was going on noone was available and I ended up leaving a message for a call back. Noone ever called me back so when I called again a few days later I was told to send my voucher into Viator for a refund, which to me is a real pain. Luckily, this was the only part of my vacation that didn't go so well. I wouldn't book another lei greeting again.
