Awesome experience. The tour is really well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
An excellent morning trip out on the ocean. The crew were really professional, fun and welcoming. The food and drink was all of a high standard and the equipment they had for us to use was really good quality. All round an excellent morning spent sailing and snorkeling around maui.
The crew made this trip! Everyone was friendly and helpful. This was not snorkeling the Caribbean, but it was fun because of the crew!
Awesome boat and crew. Wonderful breakfast and barbecue lunch. The crew took amazing care of us. We had a great time snorkeling. The water is cold and a little rough but that doesn't inhibit a great experience!
This was so much fun! We arrived at the dock about 20 minutes early where we checked in, and then got on board the Catamaran. They served a nice breakfast of bagels and fresh fruit. It was a short distance to travel out to Molokini, but the views of Maui are fantastic from out there. Once we arrived, we split into groups, as they offer snuba on board. Because the water was so clear, we opted to do the snuba, which is a cross between snorkeling a scuba diving. It allowed us to about 12 feet under the surface to get a better view of the marine life and coral. The snuba instructor was super friendly and got us all set for the dive. They offer wet suits on board for a small rental charge, which is perfect for anyone who does the snuba option. As soon as we hit the water we were surrounded by tropical fish. There were large schools of black fish that stayed closer to the surface, and lots of multi-colored fish that stayed closer to the bottom. As we were exploring, the staff photographer found an eel, which he coaxed out so we could see it. The water was so clear that we could see pretty far into the distance, and the snorkelers were able to see to the bottom with no problems. After spending a while in the water, we got back on board the catamaran for a great Hawaiian barbeque lunch. They had pulled pork and hot dogs (and veggie burgers for the vegetarians). They also had an open bar with beer, wine and soda. After eating, we still had a little time left so we put the snorkel gear on and jumped back into the ocean for some more exploring. The underwater sea life is absolutely beautiful in the crater.
we were very impressed with your experience. The ship was well equipped with staff and equipment. The food was good and the Captain fun and very experienced. Would recommend highly!
Had a great time with the family. My 7 year old loved snorkeling and they had boards with a clear viewing area that my 4 year old rode on. Snorkel equipment was really great... did not have leak once and never had to adjust. Food was great and loved that there was a professional photographer that took great underwater pics and video.
My wife and I had so much fun on this snorkeling tour. Very accommodating and the crew was a lot of fun! For how inexpensive it was and the scenery, we will definitely be doing this again when we come back!
Very professionally run- a great trip Very organized and plenty of time for snorkeling.
5 stars. Great day filled with wonderful sights above and below the water surface. Boat captain was excellent. Food and beverage excellent.
We had a fabulous snorkel tour and would definitely sign up for this one again. The pulled pork was amazing and beer/wine flowed freely. We saw lots of amazing fish and a couple of turtles. The on-board photographer took some great underwater photos of everyone and even loaned us his GoPro hand wand as we did not have one. I would highly recommend this adventure!
Wonderful, the entire experience, and the crew was the best, so pleasant and helpful.
The Four Winds II had the most competant crew of any that I experienced on a snorkeling tour. Safety was of upmost importance and even had a crew member in the water with a float helping snorkelers in need. When the waters near the Molokini crater got too rough, the crew asked snorkelers to return to the boat and calmer waters were found. A continental breakfast was offered on the boat as well as a barbecue lunch of pork and chicken sandwiches. I would highly recommend this tour.
Captain John and his crew made this trip awesome!!The snorkeling was fantastic, the lunch was out of this world for being on a boat. The pull pork bun and the chickenon a bun were very good. The booze was very much appreciated on a nice hot day. They offer you underwater camera to rent and put all your pictures on a cd.Camera is 40.00 and cd is 100.00 unlimited pictures. We had 2 underwater camera's from walmart for 15.00 can.Pick whatever works for you. They have a photographer on board also taking pictures.
The reefs we went to were so colorful and full of fish! If one place was too choppy because of the water, they had 2 other places they can go to, so no matter what, you will see wildlife! Food was pulled pork or BBQ chicken with an open bar! What more can one ask for?!
Food was great as was the staff. Surprised at the number of children aboard, but they had lots of activities for them. Pulled pork was excellency.
This tour was highly enjoyed by my boyfriend and I. The boat ride was smooth, the staff was friendly, the breakfast and lunch were filling and organized and the sites were awesome. I was worried that there wasn't going to be enough food or the lines would be crazy but it was very organized!
The snorkeling trip was very nice. The weather almost perfect. The water is so clear and the coral just beautiful. Would like to have seen more sea creatures but there were many good colorful fish. Would highly recommend. The crew of this vessel was exceptional.
