The transfer was very easy. The staff at the airport were incredibly friendly. The transfer was ready about 5 minutes after I got my luggage. The van was very clean and had AC. The whole experience was very simple.

The driver was friendly and tried to share information about Hawaii and the places we went through. The transfer was VERY economic (compared to the outrageous prices I heard people paid).
