I was greeted at the airport baggage claim, escorted to my friendly driver, and whisked to my condo. I would highly recommend this service. It is a great value for the money spent.

The van was at the airport when my flight arrived and they were able to assure me they would be able to get me to my hotel within the hour and I think it only took 40 minutes or so. We had to wait for the van to "fill up" at the airport-so that was a little concerning, but it was not too long. The vehicle was clean and the AC was very nice. We were dropped off at the PIoneer Inn where we went directly to the Ferry. I think you should advertise you go to the Ferry or to the Pioneer Inn which is directly across from the Ferry Terminal.
The 30 dollar fee is much less than a 70-75 dollar taxi fee for a very comfortable ride. The driver handled the luggage and it was a nice start to my trip to Lanai for my daugher's wedding!

The transfer was very easy. The staff at the airport were incredibly friendly. The transfer was ready about 5 minutes after I got my luggage. The van was very clean and had AC. The whole experience was very simple.
It took a while to find our driver, but after that things went well. Our flight was delayed several hours and the company handled that very well.
