It was everything I thought it would be and more. It is definitely a long day and once you get to the last stop it is a good 1.5 hours back to town, but we just slept. It is too bad there wasn't more time in the day to enjoy some of the walks and hikes that you come by but I know where those are and I can do them at a later date now that I know the road a little. The crazy thing for us was it was almost like being in Oregon driving the roads behind Mary's Peak and being out on the mountains hunting on the Oregon coast, so it wasn't as impressive as it was to those that don't have these sites in their everyday lives. The driver we had was awesome and it was great to learn more about Hawaii, Maui, and Hana because she grew up there. Worth the money.

Trip was good. The driver was very talkative and interested in knowing about my and others from Australia's stay at our individual hotels. Would use Viator again.

I would definitely use this company again for a quick shuttle to and from the airport! They were substantially cheaper and use the same company as the hotel I stayed in. Typical van with normal stops to pick up other passengers along the way...smooth ride and got to the airport on time!

Not only was the drive comfortable and VERY economic (compared to the outrageous prices I heard people paid). I missed them by 2 minutes and after I told the Viator information the driver actually made a U turn and came back! :) That's what I call service (it didn't really delay anyone)

The time I spent on Maui was fantastic. Decided to purchase a condo so I will be coming back in January.

The bus was late picking me up and there were lots of traffic so it was very stressful getting to the airport on time. The driver was very good at spotting whales but it meant he was not concentrating on the road and so had to stop suddenly a few times. this added to the stress level.
