My trip was cut short due to a family emergency. The dispatch was so helpful in getting my return to the airport arranged in a couple of hours. Drivers were courteous.

My driver was extremely helpful and went out of his way to be helpful and was courteous and polite. Because of his performance I would recommend the service to anyone. The driver that picked me up for the return was exceptionally professional and courteous and is a tremendous asset to your business.

We were impressed that after a long flight everything went smoothly; greeted at baggage claim area as arranged and quickly on our way. Driver was lovely.

the ride from and to the airport was very comfortable. they did forget that we were supposed to get leis. by the time we got it , the whole lei greeting became uneventful.

I arrived at the airport two hours later than expected and waited for approximately 10 minutes before my shuttle was ready. The driver for my departure arrived at my condo within a couple minutes of my scheduled pickup time. Both of my drivers were polite and professional.

I was very pleased with the service. Since we stayed in the center of Lahaina we did not have to rent a car. Lot less expensive.

Disappointed with the time frame we waited(about one hour) to be picked up at the airport on our arrival. Our return to the airport was on time.

Our round trip transfer went off without a hitch and the driver was very nice. We did not receive our leis upon arrival. We were refunded our money for the leis but it was very disappointing. Not a good way to start our Hawaiian adventure.
