This is a must do in Maui. The experience was breathtaking and worth every penny. Just make sure to take warm clothing the temperatures get pretty cold even in the middle of summer.

We loved it! The driver drove very safe and was knowledgeable of the history of Hawa i. The sunrise was awesome, and the park ranger woman chanting in the Hawaiian language welcoming the sun was chilling to say the least. I think her chanting made the sunrise even more awesome and as we looking at the sunrise at home in a different way! Sunrise on Haleakala is definitely a MUST DO. Thank you

Great tour guide, Gray!
Five times traveled to Maui but first time to visit Haleakala Tour. I am from Tokyo and there are Japanese guide tour but it cost $160! This tour is cost saving but guide Gray well known all history of mountain. My frined and I had great time.

Our driver Stanley was very informational and took great pictures for us. Wonderful views. We'd highly recommend this trip, just remember to dress warmly.

Definitely experience this for yourself! It reminded me that God is in control!
It is cold up there so make sure to be properly dressed so that you do not feel uncomfortable.
I wasexperiencing a variety of emotions waiting for the sun to rise and watching the sun rise: anxiety, happiness, thankfulness, awe--everything positive. Man could not duplicate this if he tried.
I would love to go on this tour again.

Bus driver very knowledgeable and nice. Loved the stops on the tour; saw many rainbows. Sunrise very magical and special. Would totally do this again next trip to Maui. EVERYONE should!

It was beautiful but freezing cold. It is an early morning so make sure to get your sleep or you will be sleeping on the shuttle like I was!!! You have to see the sunrise if you seen the hawaiian sunsets! A must do.

Package was as advertised. Pick up at hotel was on time, tour guide/driver was very nice and gave informative information and stops on the way back (summit and crater views) enhanced our education and enjoyment. Definitely recommended for those visiting Maui.

By far the best value (and cheapest) of the Haleakala tours. Most will cost you more than double. Ron was an awesome driver and very knowledgeable guide. The drive was easy since we were able to sleep most of the way and the views at the top were like no other. This is a must see/ can't miss tour with Viator!
