Great tours with fantastic drivers/guides. Long day on day 2 for Great Ocean Drive and quite short stops but still brilliant,
This trip was all I expected and more, The trip on the Yarra was lovely and the bus trip around Melbourne and up to the Ranges was great and the bus drives was very informative I know we couldn't have done this by driving ourselves.
The great ocean road trip was again over what I expected and again a very informative driver.
We had a terrific time! The guides were amazing: knowledgable and fun!
Fantastic tour Darryl was a great guide. Would recommend to anyone.
fantastic way to see lots in 2days. great tour bus driver guide
First day tour a bit disappointing as not of City centre as I had thought. I was more interested in historic buildings and so on and not interested in the cost of housing in the expensive suburbs or in seeing beach huts. Ocean Road tour was better in the afternoon and driver was very informative.
Great driver good commentary On city tour. However driver on great ocean road trip was condescending and patronising. Treated us like school children instead of adults.
Both these tours were really good. Cruise on Yarra River was lovely. Could have done with a few little stops on City Tour but Dandenongs were great.
Great Ocean Road was fab!
it's really good. Visitor's point of view I would say most convenient , economical and time saving.. One can see more within a short period of time.Pick up from hotels is very good and the drivers are very friendly.
Second day - Cruise to Ocean road was awesome!
First day - was interesting trip, however the tour guide did not speak clearly.
Also, no one contacted us regarding pick up point and time - we have to call their office.
Although i will not recommend the great ocean tour to children 12. There is a lot of driving and the young boy sat near us was getting crazy being without doing anything during the road journey .
Great ocean road trip was just awesome especially the helicopter ride..dont miss it. Melbourne city tour can probably be done by city tram which is free service

Melbourne city tour not very good, not interesting .
Yarra River cruise BAD, we could not go under the bridges.
Great Ocean Road:SUPER SPECTACULAR, Beautiful cliffs and splendid views, the 4 stars are for this tour.
This two day combo is well worth the money. The Great Ocean Road tour was the star part of the combo. Be sure to take the helecopter ride at the twelve Apostles.
Yarra River Cruise and Great Ocean Road Day Trip were good, however, need more time to look around at 12 Apostles. City Tour was too rush and did not have any time to look around and take photos.
Day 1 was fine but the day we went on the Great Ocean Road was the busiest that the tour operator had ever had as it was the day after the cricket final in Melbourne. The staff were brilliant and managed some very difficult customers but it meant that the stops had to be staggered to accommodate 5 coaches. Also, had we known that there would be so much motorway driving, we might have reconsidered. Our driver, Peter, was outstanding sad, again, dealt brilliantly with awkward passengers.
While I'd give the Melbourne City Tour and the Great Ocean Road Day trip a 4/5 trip, the Yarra River Cruise was a bit of a rip-off. Just when we started getting comfortable on the boat and were expecting more interesting things/buildings to see, the crew told us two ships were on the river, and we had to stop to find out which way they were going. We ended up on the side of the river for a good 10 mins, and by then the Captain said it was time to go back to where we boarded. That wasn't much of a 'cruise'....not even a decent ferry ride. Thumbs down for what could have been a very relaxing and touristy attraction. Why were there not 'foresight' into running a cruise with no alternate contingency plans if bigger boats are in the way. If Yarra River is not ready for cruising, then it shouldn't be on the agenda. Otherwise, do it properly and not leave a bad taste in our experience.
The bus drivers on the other hand are very experienced and well-trained. The buses are comfortable, and most importantly, wifi for the long day trip (GOR). Very glad we used them.
